Design Center Showroom

Design and layout of a full-service Design Center Showroom in which homebuyers can experience “one–stop shopping”, including storage and displays of product samples, vendor catalogs, pricelists and finish samples, among other items.

Facilitation of update/refresh of an existing Design Center Showroom

Model Home Furnishing & Staging

Design services available include:

Design and selection of all interior and exterior furniture, fixtures, furnishings and equipment, as well as accompanying finishes, fabrics and accessories related to the selections, including specialty wall coverings and draperies as well as high-definition plasma or LCD televisions

Design and selection of a housewares package including kitchen and bath linens, bedroom accessories, dishware, glassware, flatware, kitchen utensils, bar accessories, small kitchen appliances, bake ware, basic household consumables and cleaning supplies
